The travel industry truly is Mark’s life.

He worked for 10 years as a travel consultant in a small country town, eventually buying that Travel Agency and managing it successfully for another 11 years.  In 2002, he moved to Sydney to take the role of Agency Manager at Integrated Travel Services, which evolved into his current role as an Account Director for F2T.

Mark is an invaluable part of the F2T team, well regarded in the office and on the job as an experienced professional who is hardworking, reliable and resolute.

His extensive experience means he has a special talent for all sorts of travel logistics, successfully co-ordinating and escorting groups, VIPs and sporting tours around Australia and to every corner of the globe.

Mark ensures every client gets where they need to be with minimum fuss and maximum fun.

Like he says, “YOUR travel is MY pleasure”.

When Mark’s not working hard or travelling, you can find him on the golf course, or at the local pub.

Account Director

After a 2 year hiatus (WE WERE ON A BREAK), Vy returns to Free-2-Travel as Account Director.

Vy has been in the travel industry for over a decade. Starting out with a double degree in Management and International Studies, she graduated to Club level hotel sales and marketing representation; destination management and her best first grade game yet at Free-2-Travel working in Groups, Incentives and Events.

Vy loves her sport, Friends (the series and real life people), smashed avocados, living in the East, 3/4 skim cappuccinos and puns. She is also very interested in sponsorship of sports and events. This sees her not only deliver on client briefs and budgets, but also their best practices across sectors and industries.

Vy's best attributes are her professionalism and her drive for solutions. She is a silent assassin. Her determination, work ethic and wit make her someone you know you want on the field. Not the bench.

Brodi   

Senior Account and Event Manager

Natalie joined the F2T team in April 2022 and has 4 years event experience in ANZ.

She has worked for global event agencies and charities on various corporate, incentive and training events throughout her career. Natalie prides herself in her strong communication/organisational skills and holds a Bachelor of Management majoring in events.

She is skilled in event technology and software such as EventsAir, Cvent, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

In her free time you will find Natalie on the soccer field, dining out with friends or planning her next holiday. 

Tammy

Senior Account Manager

Fresh out of university with a completely unrelated degree in Medical Podiatry, Will joins the team in a full time capacity after loving his part-time work over the years at the Australian Open with the Events team.

With a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the ropes alongside the best in the business, Will is excited to go above and beyond to help ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

When he isn’t in the office, you will find Will hunkering down in a scrum with his beloved rugby team, writing another To Do list, mapping out his next travel adventure or chilling with his mates and family.

Account Manager New Zealand

Kate is our loveable Kiwi based in our Auckland, New Zealand office. Kate has been with the team since 2018 and worked across all parts of F2T including agency, events and fulfilment. Always with a smile on her face, you can be sure to trust her with any aspect you need help with.  

With a pilot as a dad and lucky enough to have travelled around most of the world - you can expect first hand experience and advice with creating and fulfilling the best packages for our clients. 

Outside of the office you’ll find Kate at a farmers market, at the beach, patting any dog she spots or off exploring new and exciting places.

Senior Account Manager

Jan brings a wealth of experience in previous roles with the likes of American Express Centurion Travel. She has put together some of the most exclusive and luxurious travel itineraries that many can only dream of! 

Having been part of the travel industry for well over 12 years, she also took some time in between to explore various opportunities from working at a record label to welcoming guests onto Cockatoo Island. Ultimately, she knew that travel is the only place she wants to be part of. 

Jan is very passionate about building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She does this by being proactive and incorporating service excellence in any role that she takes on. 

Outside of work you’ll find her spending majority of the time hanging out with her family and friends and most likely indulging in food whilst planning her next trip. 

Reservations Manager

Tash got her start in travel with the F2T team back in 2007 and boy, are we so lucky to have her!

From the first contact with an excited pizewinner, Tash stays across each step of their fulfilment process to guarantee they have a wonderful time. As a result, our inboxes are full of winners sending glowing feedback and thanks for her amazing customer service - and we couldn’t agree with them more.

Tash not only brings years of industry experience to our Reservations Team, she also brings a wealth of personal experience since travelling to all of F2T’s most popular destinations. 

Away from the office, Tash loves photography, baking, renovating her house and looking forward to Sunday Fundays with her young family and “Krank” the sausage dog.

Leonie has over 12 years of experience as a travel agent. She has covered every corner of the globe from Iceland to Tahiti, and even called Thailand home for a while.

Tailoring holiday itineraries based on her personal recommendations is her absolute passion.  She lost count at 30 trips to Bali, and probably knows the streets of Waikiki better than Sydney! Her knowledge of our most popular travel destinations, combined with exceptional customer service, make her the perfect fit to guarantee an outstanding booking experience for our prize winners.

On weekends you will find her on adventures with her young family, at the beach, or enjoying Sunday night dinner with her extended family.

Michael is a business minded individual with a passion for accounts and finance. He joined the F2T team this year and his attention to detail makes him a perfect fit to deal with the challenges of our Accounts Department.

Michael understands that getting the numbers right is vital to the success of the business, so he takes seriously his role to keep our systems up to date and our information accurate.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid soccer player and enthusiast. He also loves a serious challenge in the game of poker.

Managing Director

As Managing Director of F2T, Paul understands that every trip is unique. He brings to the table almost 30 years of travel industry experience and all the contacts and know-how to make anything happen.

At F2T, Paul is all about the details. He knows that by paying attention to the littlest details, he will pack the biggest punch for his clients. This philosophy is what makes him so good at his job - and what drives his team to deliver results based excellence every time. From reservations to logistics, hospitality and ground support, Paul does whatever it takes to make sure your brand goals are not just met - they are superseded. 

If he can't be found working on a spreadsheet, Paul can be found somewhere near a rugby game. Having a crack himself on the field or inhaling his sons games from the sidelines, along with a sausage sizzle and plenty of noisy advice for the ref..

Co-founder & Director

Michel our “Advertising Guy” worked in the advertising world for 21 years before joining with Paul “The Travel Guy” in 2001 to create the original concept for F2T.

Now approaching 40 years in the industry still servicing his valued clients in one capacity or another, Michel is known at F2T as the controller of “the purse” overseeing all the financials.

Michel has been married to his lovely French wife for over 30 years and has 3 fabulous children who are all pursuing careers far removed from the travel and advertising industries.

If he isn't reviewing reports for F2T, you will find Michel playing a serious hand of poker. What started out as a hobby, has flourished into a truly impressive Poker CV, with wins amassed in tournaments all over the world.
